Doggy daycare – your dog’s home away from home
Welcome to Klipped K9 doggy daycare centres, where you and your dog will be welcomed with happy, smiling, passionate (often crazy) staff members who are here because we love dogs. A place where your dog can socialize, exercise and be loved.
We have two centres in Whangarei: Klipped Kamo and Klipped in the City, so when you need someone to care for your dog, you can rely on the Klipped team.
What we offer our Klipped kindy kids
Here at Klipped your dog’s happiness and wellbeing are important. We have customized indoor/outdoor play yards for different sizes and energy levels of dogs. Our staff are trained to determine which yard your dog will be happiest in.
Our yards are fully supervised with scheduled daily activities including water play, tug of war, fetch and more so your dog will get the most out of their day. We also have a scheduled rest time where the dogs relax and catch some ZZZ’s.
We are an open centre which means you are welcome to come in to visit and view anytime.

Prices
Full time kindy kid (5 days/week)
$19.70 per day
Part time kindy kid (at least one day a week)
$23.50 per day
Casual kindy kid
$26.50 per day
Discount given to families with multiple dogs (3 or more) of 10% if attending full time.
In order to ensure the health of all our kindy kids, all dogs must be vaccinated and up to date with DHPPI (we will need to see their vaccination book on their first visit). Puppies must be 12 weeks old and have had their second vaccinations before they can attend. Female dogs may not attend when on heat and male dogs are expected to be neutered after 6 months of age.
